Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru is looking for a Accounting Officer who takes care of all aspects of the general ledger, payroll, accounts receivable and general cashiering in accordance with local and corporate policies and procedures.What you will doEnsure the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various accounts and that they are properly posted on a timely basis.Verify that any sale recorded as accounts receivable are supported with other supporting documents.To be responsible for the preparation and mailing of account statements to customer on a timely basisTo conduct all necessary credit checks on all new credit applicantsResponsible for completing and updating records of debtors.Monthly close the Account Receivable accountsPrepare journal entry for accrual of invoices received after closing and for goods and services receivedWhat you bringDiploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalentHigh level of understanding and knowledge of basic accounting operationsBackground in Luxury Hotel or Resort is an assetConfident personality and a can-do approach to any request.Minimum 1 year experience as an Accounts Receivable OfficerWhat we offer:Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits packageExcellent Training and Development opportunities including an international career.Complimentary Dream Holidays at other Four Seasons Hotels and ResortsComprehensive Insurance coverage for Hospitalization and Personal AccidentComplimentary Employee MealsComplimentary Employee Uniforms
