Springbord Systems is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager with 10+ years of expertise in Property Accounting and Yardi Voyager. The role involves overseeing accounting functions across multiple properties, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and leading a team of accountants. Strong leadership and technical skills are essential for this position.

:

• Minimum 10+ Years of experience in property accounting and well versed in Yardi Voyager.
• Manage the preparation and review of all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and associated consolidated financial statements, footnotes, management's reports, analysis, and supporting schedules.
• Manage accounting team members by overseeing and reviewing prepared work while also providing leadership and guidance on appropriate accounting processes to complete the tasks at hand.
• Oversee all accounting policies.
• Manage operational, general ledger, and general accounting areas.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, and cash requirements for all properties to meet their cash needs.
• Coordinate the recording and collection of all management fees;
• Review bank reconciliations for all properties.
• Evaluate all significant accounting transactions and research and implement relevant accounting technical standards.
