Position: Accounts Faculty

Location: Chemmad, Bypass Road, Tirurangadi.
Salary: ?10,000 - ?15,000 per month
Experience: Freshers or candidates with teaching experience
Gender Preference: Female preferred

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching: Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures in accounting subjects, such as financial accounting, managerial accounting, auditing, and taxation.
• Curriculum Development: Assist in updating and developing course materials and curricula to ensure alignment with current industry standards and educational goals.
• Student Support: Provide academic support, mentoring, and guidance to students. Maintain scheduled office hours and be available to answer questions, clarify concepts, and assist with academic progress.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer exams, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student learning and provide constructive feedback to aid their development.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated with accounting trends and teaching methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Female Preferred
• A master's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Prior teaching experience in accounting at the college or high school level is advantageous.
• Proficiency with accounting software and digital teaching tools.

Work Environment:

• Faculty are expected to be on campus from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
