We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Faculty Member to join our academic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching:
• Develop and deliver undergraduate and/or graduate-level accounting courses.
• Create and implement engaging lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Utilize various teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
• Maintain office hours to provide academic support and advising to students.
• Research:
• Conduct original research in the field of accounting.
• Publish research findings in reputable academic journals and present at conferences.
• Seek external funding and grants to support research activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals on research initiatives.
• Service:
• Participate in departmental, college, and university committees.
• Contribute to curriculum development and program assessment.
• Engage in community outreach and professional service activities.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career goals.
• Professional Development:
• Stay current with advancements in the field of accounting.
• Pursue continuous improvement in teaching and research practices.
• Attend professional conferences, workshops, and seminars.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
