Job Profile-

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Accounting Faculty member to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in basic accounting principles, Tally, Zoho, GST return filing, Income Tax Return (ITR) filing, and excel financial analysis skills. As a member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students, preparing course materials, and fostering an engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver curriculum for accounting courses, ensuring alignment with industry standards and educational objectives.

Conduct lectures, seminars, and workshops on various accounting topics including basic accounting principles, Tally, Zoho, GST return filing, ITR filing, and excel financial analysis.

Provide individualized support and guidance to students to facilitate their understanding and application of accounting concepts.

Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and achievement of learning outcomes.

Stay updated on developments in accounting software, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards to enhance course content and relevance.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall effectiveness of the accounting program and promote continuous improvement.

Assist students in developing practical skills through hands-on exercises, case studies, and real-world projects.

Mentor and advise students on career paths, internship opportunities, and professional development within the accounting field.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance for reporting purposes.

Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and professional development activities to contribute to the academic community and stay current in the field.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related field.

Proficiency in basic accounting principles and practices.

Strong working knowledge of Tally and Zoho accounting software.

Experience with GST return filing and ITR filing procedures.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to effectively teach and engage students from diverse backgrounds.

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
