Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Accounts Executive

with

2+ years of experience

in accounting and

proficiency in Tally ERP 9

. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of

accounting procedures, tax compliance, and financial reporting

.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records using

Tally ERP 9

. Manage

accounts payable and receivable

, perform

bank reconciliations

, and update general ledger entries. Handle

GST, TDS, and other tax filings

in compliance with regulatory requirements. Process

invoices, payments, and expenses

efficiently. Assist in

budget preparation, financial analysis, and audits

. Ensure compliance with

accounting standards and company policies

. Coordinate with

external auditors, vendors, and other financial stakeholders

. Generate and analyse

financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets

.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

(M.Com is a plus).

Minimum 2 years

of experience in an accounting role.

Proficiency in Tally ERP 9

and a solid understanding of

accounting procedures

. Strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, and other tax regulations

. Excellent

analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

.

Attention to detail

and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling

MIS reports and financial analysis

. Familiarity with

MS Excel and other accounting software

.
