About the role
You will provide support to the EMEA Operational team who are responsible for arranging travel on behalf of a range of corporate customers across Europe. This role is a great opportunity for someone to join the team and learn more about corporate travel, reconciliation and back-office functions.
The role is ideal for someone pro-active and hard-working who wants to gain experience in the travel industry whilst performing some of the more basic administrative tasks across the business as they work towards gaining more understanding of the business and systems. Full training will be provided but strong organisational and numeracy skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative tasks for the CTM EMEA Operational team.
Data entry
Invoicing across multiple currencies
Reconciliation work across multiple currencies
Pro-actively report consistent problems and queries.
Liaising with internal colleagues on queue / invoice queries
Skills & Experience
• Strong numeracy skills
• Previous experience working in a support or administrative environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Programs in particular Excel
A high attention to detail
Excellent prioritization and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
• A strong willingness to learn and improve
• Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously that can be unrelated in nature and meet deadlines
• Strong computer application skills
• Strong organization skills.
• Sabre GDS Experience would be an advantage.
• Background in Finance Admin would be an advantage.
• Background in Travel industry would be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Ability to learn new systems and processes in a timely manner
