Provide accounting and administrative assistance for smooth functioning of business
Responsible for preparing all documents necessary for accounting purposes e.g. Invoices, Challans, Staff Expenses etc.
Create and maintain a tracking system for Invoices, Challans, Staff Expenses, Pending Payments, Petty Cash etc.
Coordinate with company appointed CAs to ensure books of accounts are in order and for filing/regularizing of GST/IT returns etc.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for tracking sales, purchases, expenses, pending payments etc. and submit to top management
Prepare, send and receive office correspondence and track them regularly
Maintain a filing system of correspondence documents in both hard copies and soft copies
Attend incoming calls as required
Keep track of office stationery and place orders as and when required
Interact with clients and suppliers for business related activities like scheduling meetings, follow-up on proposals, procurement, payments etc.
Coordinate with design team, production team to ensure smooth functioning of business
Undertake other assigned tasks as and when required
Skills
Should be able to communicate fluently in English, Hindi, Marathi (spoken and written)
Should have good communication skills (written and spoken)
Should have working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Should be proficient in using Tally software and Zoho
Education
Graduate in Commerce
Experience
Atleast 3 -5 years of work experience in accounting and office administration. At least 2 year experience in using Tally Prime/Tally ERP 9,Zoho, GST and Tax Filing
Salary
Rs. 15000 to Rs. 16000 per month
Candidates staying near Panvel will be preferred
