Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business related field or Human Resources discipline
Candidates from staffing companies will be preferred
5 xe2x80x93 8 years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting with proven success managing senor executive clients and business leaders, preferably within the staffing or contingent worker space in India
Computer experience with ATS, spreadsheets, databases and Human Resources information systems preferred.
Consulting experience, leading major change efforts, preferably in the area of staffing initiatives
Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation
Ability to work well as a strategic resourcing representative to internal stakeholders, as well as within the strategic resourcing team
Thorough planning, time management and organizing abilities
Must have ability to exercise good judgment with demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
Must be able to multi-task and turn on a dime as needed.
