Company Overview:

We are a dynamic and growing organization based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant and Administrative Officer to join our team. This is a dual-role position that requires someone who is proficient in accounting functions as well as administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing a variety of tasks with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare payroll and ensure timely payment processing.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Manage financial documentation and assist with audits.

Administrative Support:

• Handle office correspondence, emails, and communication with clients and vendors.
• Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of office files and records.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
• Coordinate day-to-day office operations and support other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle the Air and Hotel bookings for the higher management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in accounting or administrative roles (experience in both accounting and administration is preferred).
• Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, MS Office , PPT and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, GST, and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Prior experience in office management and administrative tasks is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
