Position Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Accountant with a minimum of 6-7 years of certified experience to assume a pivotal role in managing and safeguarding our financial affairs. The ideal candidate will possess profound expertise in accounting principles, adept analytical capabilities, and an unwavering dedication to precision. Local candidates are strongly preferred for this critical hiring need. Candidate should be proficient in advanced excel.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all facets of financial accounting, including meticulous management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

2. Candaite should know advanced excel, GST and TDS calculations.

3. Prepare comprehensive financial statements, encompassing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to furnish precise and timely financial insights to senior management.

4. Ensure strict adherence to local tax regulations, facilitating strategic tax planning and meticulous preparation.

5. Conduct thorough monitoring and analysis of financial performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending strategic initiatives to bolster profitability and operational efficiency.

6. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to streamline accounting processes and instate industry best practices.

7. Spearhead the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring utmost accuracy and completeness.

8. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

9. Remain abreast of evolving accounting standards and regulations, ensuring unwavering compliance and proposing requisite adjustments.

Requirements:

1. Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

2. Preferably certified as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

3. Demonstrable track record of at least 5 years in progressively responsible accounting or finance roles, underscored by a proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.

4. Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices, inclusive of GAAP and pertinent local tax statutes.

5. Proficiency in accounting software packages and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

6. Impeccable analytical and problem-solving acumen, coupled with an unwavering commitment to precision and accuracy.

7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a penchant for fostering collaborative relationships across multifunctional teams.
