? Create account plans, outlining strategies for account growth and expansion.
? Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, needs, and escalations.
? Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and product) to ensure alignment and support for client needs.
? Prepare regular reports on account status and sales metrics.
