Hiring Accountant (US Logistics) : We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our logistics team for US Logistics process. The accountant will be responsible for managing the company\'s financial records, preparing financial statements, and analysing financial data to support business decisions. Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and analyse financial data to identify trends and variances.

• Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including preparation of quarterly and annual tax returns.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.

• Perform account reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports for management review.

• Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data.

• Assist with annual audits and other external reporting requirements.

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support business decisions.

• Communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Keep up to date with changes in accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance with these changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the logistics industry.

• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are a plus.
