Overview:
We are seeking an 1 - 2 years experienced, detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying financial transactions for our clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness , and helping in the preparation for audit and accounting procedures .
This is a position which will help our overseas clients to manage their accounting and auditing process in various projects. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for accounting and bookkeeping, we encourage you to apply.
Qualifications:
• Education: B.COM or M.COM.
• Skills: Bookkeeping, Financial Accounting, General Ledgers, QuickBooks, US Financial transactions, US Tax Incentive Program, Accounting Tools, Software and Applications etc.
Expected Responsibilities:
• Verify and classify financial transactions for clients.
• Have to deal with US accounting.
• Review and reconcile bank statements , and invoices against the general ledger.
• Conduct research and resolve any discrepancies in transactions.
• Have some knowledge in the US Tax Incentive Program.
• Have some experience in email-communication with Clients.
• Prepare financial transactions for audits.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
• Sufficient Knowledge in Accounting .
• Proficient in English ( MANDETORY ).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge on QuickBooks (good to have)
• Proficient in spreadsheets and mathematical calculations.
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills along with knowledge of data entry .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys learning new skills and self-learner.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Nice To Have:
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Knowledge of US financial transactions
• Comfortable in calling U.S. based clients,
• Knowledge in Accounting Tools, Software, and Applications
• Knowledge in Creating General Ledgers,
