Accountant

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations at Hotel Chenthur Park. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and manage budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
• Oversee payroll processing and related tax filings.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
