Job Title: Accountant

Skyrich Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and experienced Accountant specializing in accounts planning, payment follow-up, and collections to join our finance team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and optimize cash flow through strategic planning and diligent follow-up.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement strategic account plans to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables.

-Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.

-Conduct regular follow-ups with clients/customers to resolve payment discrepancies and outstanding issues.

-Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts.

-Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts planning

-Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

-Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in MS Excel.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients/customers.

-Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
