We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our bookkeeping, inventory, and order dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and experience in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & Financial Management
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in our accounting system.
• Prepare and manage monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and oversee general ledger operations.
• Manage payroll and vendor payments efficiently and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Inventory Management
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for products in the jewelry, footwear, and apparel categories.
• Regularly update stock information and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Analyze and report on inventory turnover, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Order Dispatch Coordination
• Oversee order processing and dispatch to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with warehousing and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Track orders and resolve any issues related to dispatch or delivery.
• Ensure packaging meets brand standards and handle returns or exchanges as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in bookkeeping, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and dispatch processes is a plus.
