Candidate should have total experience of atleast 3-5 Years in handling accounts and taxation.
Experience in a Real estate industry is an added advantage.
Below are the responsibilities:
Filing of GST, VAT, TDS, TCS, and Service Tax through e-filing platforms.
Coordination with the company's Chartered Accountant for tax audits and preparation of the balance sheet.
Liaising with Chartered Accountants and legal advisors for handling statutory liabilities, compliance payments, and legal cases.
Ensuring accuracy in payments, amounts, and financial records through meticulous verification.
Managing company and directors' debit/credit cards, including transaction monitoring.
Handling petty cash transactions and overseeing disbursement for related purchases.
Reconciling finance accounts, including unsecured loans and loans & advances.
Overseeing accurate and timely entry of bills, receipts, and payments in Tally accounting software.
Planning and coordinating with management to ensure timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and dealers.
Conducting routine stock reconciliations for accounting and inventory accuracy.
Performing additional financial and administrative duties as assigned by management.
