Job Description
Job Title: Account AssistantJob Brief: We are looking for an Account Assistant to manage our company\xe2\x80\x99s financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.Responsibilities:
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
- Creating and updating expense reports.
- Processing reimbursement forms.
- Preparing bank deposits.
- Entering financial transactions into internal databases.
- Checking spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Maintaining digital and physical financial records.
- Issuing invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
- Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
- Knowledge of basic Miracle Software.
- Familiarity with finance regulationsGood math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks).
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
