Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and record all purchase bill entries using Tally software.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
  • Collaborate with the purchase and sales departments to verify and process purchase orders and invoices.
  • Assist in preparing reports and financial statements related to purchases.
  • Conduct periodic reconciliations of accounts payable and vendor statements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an accountant in the purchase department.
  • Expertise in using Tally for accounting and purchase bill entry..
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • B.Com. qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience.
