Ensure Posting of TDS CertificatesEnsure posting of GTDS as and when details received in service now
Ensure Posting of write off / write back of customer invoices / advances (Sanction Notes)
Participation in Projects / developments in SAP and support audit /assessments
Work actively with optimizing the efficiency and quality of the daily tasks
Sub Ledger-General ledger reconciliations, TDS reconciliations, passing of necessary journals to complete recon activitiesDealer and customer reconciliations
Inter Company reconciliation from Account Receivable Side
Accounting knowledge of Receivable, Payable and Invoice processing
Ensure raise customer debit note/credit note as and when requiredEnsure raise scrap sale invoice and send soft copy to LogisticsVendor Maintenance for PCAssist for TCS calculation, journal mass upload and printingReporting, Schedule preparation and other routine work related to reporting FAMSalary Journal Entry for all FAMSHelpdesk tickets resolution
