- Perform the reporting activities as per the agreed SLAs (Accuracy and Timeliness).
- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles.
- Knowledge of MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word (*proficiency preferred).
- Good Written & Communication Skills
- Excellent process knowledge
- Good Analytical Skills
- Self-initiated and zeal for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in multiple shift timings/Indian Holiday working as per business requirement.
- Graduates or Post Graduates in Commerce with strong accounting background required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 + years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in relevant work field is required.
- Fresher college graduates can be considered
- Good knowledge of complete MS Office suite
- Ability to multi task and possess analytical skills
- Good computer navigation skills
- Knowledge about the Insurance industry in US
- Knowledge of Accounting principles
- Proficiency in English
- Communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 should be able to read, interpret business documents. Excellent oral/written communication
- Analytical and interpersonal skills
- Escalate issues if required
- Data gathering ability/ Eye for detail
- Team work/ Managing Self / Adaptability
- Ability to work successfully in production driven environment
- Adaptability to change
- Ability to work on routine/standardized transactions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
