Work location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi Working days & timings: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday in the office (1st & 3rdSaturday are work from home), 10am \xe2\x80\x93 7pm Required exp.: 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years in accounts & taxation Job Overview The company is an artisanal fragrance brand established to enable greater access to high-quality fragrances. We manufacture our products in small batches with a higher concentration of perfume oil that guarantees a longer stay. We are seeking an experienced and diligent Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts and taxation. Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly data in tally prime
• Filing GSTR 1, GSTR 3B and TDS/TCS Credit received timely (monthly)
• Payment of TDS (monthly) and filing of TDS return (quarterly)
• Follow-ups with business team for suspense bank entries
• Calculating advance tax and filing of ITR
• Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow with all the notes on monthly basis
• Advising the business team on TDS, Tax and Invoices

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting & taxation.
• Proficiency in using Tally Prime.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
