• Advanced Excel Proficiency for efficient financial data management

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards and regulations
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasting financial performance, and advising management on financial decisions
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in financial data
• Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and changes in tax laws
• Utilize Excel and other software tools to manage and report financial data
