Position: Accountant Required experience : Min. 3 years to Max. 5 years Location :111, 1st floor, Western edge 2, Western Express Highway, Magathane, Food Corporation of India Warehouse, Borivali East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400066 Mode : On-site Shift timings : 09.30 am to 06.30 pm Working days : Monday to Friday RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data. Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted. Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients Generate reports detailing accounts payables status. Connect and follow up with clients for outstanding payments. Perform general accounting functions and prepare financial statements. Knowledge of how to file GST Returns. TDS Calculation & File returns. Finalize balance sheets and prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and applicable laws. Maintain accurately complete financial records- Bank & Vendor reconciliation. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Knowledge of Export invoicing & related documents to be filed in Bank. REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance At least 3 years of experience in accounting. Good knowledge of MS Office, Tally, and other accounting software Knowledge of GST & TDS and income tax provisions E-commerce reconciliation experience is a must.
