• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
• Work closely with department heads and the hospital administration to provide financial insights and decision support.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate financial records in compliance with hospital policies and standards.
• Analyze operational costs and recommend strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be able to use tally software.
