Job Profile : - Accounts, Logistics & Admin
• Passing day today accounting entries
• Verify accounts, and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with GST & TDS
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Inventory Management : Receive, store, and maintain inventory in an organized manner according to company policies. Ensure accurate inventory records are kept and update stock quantities in the system as required.
• Stock Monitoring : Regularly monitor stock levels, identify low stock items, and notify management to reorder. Perform periodic stock audits to ensure accuracy.
• Inventory Tracking : Utilize inventory management systems or software to track items from receipt to storage and shipment. Maintain records of product movement, including returns and exchanges.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, such as receipts, stock movements, and inventory audits. Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management promptly.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other departments (e.g., purchasing, shipping, sales, Accounts) to ensure smooth flow of materials and information.
Logistics
1. Transportation Coordination & Raising Sale Invoices :
? Raising Sale Invoice , Delivery challan, E Invoice & E-way bill
? Plan and oversee the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
? Select and manage transportation providers, negotiate rates, and monitor performance.
2. Warehouse & Distribution Management :
• Coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Oversee the organization and maintenance of warehouse facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Track and manage the movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics-related activities.
3. Customer Service :
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to logistics.
• Ensure excellent communication with clients regarding delivery schedules, inventory availability, and shipping updates.
4. Compliance & Risk Management :
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., import/export laws, transportation regulations, and environmental guidelines).
• Manage and mitigate risks related to logistics operations, including accidents, damages, or delays.
• Timely Renewal of Government licenses
• Departmental work - GST, Custom
• Import License procedures, Advance license procedures
• EPCG License for New Machine
Experience : 4 to 5 years
Salary : 35K to 45K
