Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and account adjustments.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, manage vendor and customer payments, and oversee collections as needed.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of the company's budget and financial forecasts.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; support the finance team in providing detailed explanations of variances.
Audits and Compliance: Support external audits by preparing financial documents and providing requested information. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Tax Preparation: Assist with tax filings and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required tax documents.
