ACCOUNTANT

Job Summary:

As an Accountant at Shree Laxmi Electricals & Consultants Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your responsibilities will include handling the company's financial data, preparing financial reports, and contributing to the financial well-being of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor budget performance.

Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.

Accounts Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and various financial records.

Payroll Processing: Manage employee payroll, including deductions, taxes, and other related tasks.

Financial Analysis: Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data and trends.

Vendor and Client Relations: Interact with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders on financial matters.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in a corporate setting.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Zoho Accounting knowledge will be preferred.

- Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
