Position Overview:
As an Accountant at Accord Aviation Pvt Ltd, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to our success by managing financial records, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals and objectives.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment collection, and vendor management.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation for audits and filings.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business operations, including cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring integrity of financial data.
• Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud or errors.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives as needed, providing financial expertise and support.
