Job Description

Financial Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, etc.). Process invoices, expenses, and payments in a timely manner. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

Payroll & Compliance:

Handle payroll processing for employees and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.). File statutory returns and maintain compliance with labor laws.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

Assist in preparing project budgets and cost reports. Track project expenses and ensure cost efficiency. Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Generate reports for management (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements). Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Vendor & Client Coordination:

Manage vendor payments and follow up on receivables. Handle billing and invoicing for contracts and projects.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
