Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and accounts payable/receivable. Assist with budget preparation and forecasting. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and reporting requirements. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. Manage payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of wages. Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors. Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1 years of accounting experience (preferably in Food and beverages Industry). CPA certification preferred. Proficiency in accounting software . Strong understanding of GST and accounting principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
