Job Description

The Accounts cum Stock Incharge will be responsible for managing the accounting functions along with inventory control and stock management. The candidate will oversee daily financial operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure smooth coordination between the accounts and warehouse departments.

1. •Accounts Management•:

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.

- Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and reconciliation statements.

- Process invoices, record financial transactions, and ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).

- Prepare financial statements such as Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.

- Manage petty cash and coordinate with banks for payments and deposits.

- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.

2. •Stock & Inventory Management•:

- Oversee stock levels and manage inventory by recording stock entries, transfers, and dispatches.

- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with inventory management systems.

- Monitor stock movements, ensuring timely updates and accuracy in stock records.

- Implement inventory control systems to prevent overstocking or stock shortages.

- Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team for stock replenishments.

- Prepare stock reports and highlight discrepancies or variances.

# Minimum 4 Years of Experience in Relevant Field
