Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and inventory cost analysis. The Accountant will also ensure compliance with tax regulations and provide insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Transactions:
• Record and process invoices, sales, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Inventory Management:
• Track inventory costs and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Monitor and report stock valuations and variances.
• Budgeting and Reporting:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
• Tax Compliance:
• Calculate and file VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Payroll:
• Process employee salaries and benefits.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure timely payouts.
• Financial Analysis:
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and profitability.
• Provide recommendations for cost optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in retail or furniture industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software ( Zoho Books, Tally) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and taxation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
