Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our e-commerce business team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing financial information, ensuring accurate and timely completion of various financial tasks including GST (Goods and Services Tax) compliance, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) compliance, vendor payments, and other related accounting duties. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization and supporting decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, including GST and TDS requirements.

Prepare and file GST returns, review input tax credits, and reconcile GST accounts.

Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and accounts payable/receivable.

Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.

Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements, audit schedules, and tax returns.

Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with auditing standards.

Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and proposing process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Knowledge in Accounting software Zoho

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month

• Zoho: 1 year (Preferred)
• Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CA-Inter (Preferred)
