• Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process
• Verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
• Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
• Implement accounting systems and processes.
• Reconcile income statements.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Take control of the inventory.
• Processing and managing documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
• Updating and maintaining databases with accurate and relevant information
