Job Title: Accountant Location: Jaipur, India Salary: INR 10 Lakhs per Annum Experience: 2 Years Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) Skill Set:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and prepare audit reports.
- Manage and reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and variances.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide financial insights.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
- Experience with financial audits and tax preparation
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Accounting: 2 years (Required)
- Tally: 2 years (Preferred)
