Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Auditing: Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Taxation: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring variances and reporting on financial performance.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Reconciliation: Perform bank and account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Qualifications:
• Completion of Inter CA (Intermediate level of Chartered Accountancy course).
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
