The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and overseeing payroll. The Accountant will work closely with leadership to ensure financial stability and growth for the company. Position Overview: As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the financial stability and success of our manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally software. Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets. Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and vendor management. Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions. Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide insights. Support audits and financial reviews as needed. Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of industrial accounting experience. Proficiency in Tally software is a must. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
