Job Title - Accountant Experience : 2-6 Years(preferably female) Shift: 1:30 pm -10:30 pm IST (For females, shift 12:00pm-9:00pm) : ** STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS Required Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills. Must be proficient in Excel. Ability to work at a moderate to high pace while ensuring thoroughness and accuracy of work. Ability to recognize and process confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Must work in US/UK/EU/India Recruitment Business. Maintaining, Updating, Books. Timesheet follow-up. Maintain and prepared data for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process using Xero Follow up with Clients on payments/discrepancies on payments/dues. Answer Clients and Consultants questions related to Invoices, Net Terms. Should be experienced in drafting emails to vendors, clients and consultants. Preparing ageing report of accounts payable using Xero. Bank Reconciliation. Generate and maintain financial reports using excel. On time billing Invoices distribution & follow ups for payments. Financial Reporting & audit preparation and Coordinate the audit process. Coordinate with the internal teams before every payroll, to check the status of projects of consultants on billing and margins. Coordinate with CA for the monthly employee salaries and taxation.
