Job Responsibilities:

Financial Transactions:
Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions in Tally ERP.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely payment of invoices and receipt of payments.
Data Management:
Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and immediate availability.
Maintain and organize financial records.
Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Generate reports in Excel as needed for management review.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles.
Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as required.
General Support:
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
Provide administrative support to the finance department as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus but not mandatory.
Familiarity with accounting software other than Tally ERP.
