Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accountant with 2-4 years of experience to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring that all entries are accurate and complete.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and transactions.
• Tax Preparation: Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Expense Management: Monitor and record company expenses, managing budgets and analyzing spending to suggest cost-saving measures.
• Financial Analysis: Provide financial insights and support to management by preparing reports, forecasts, and analyses.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CA certification is a plus.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably within
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
