- Accounting Management: Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Financial Auditing: Conduct audits of financial information to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Investment Advice: Provide strategic advice on investment activities and financial decisions to enhance company growth.
- Tax and Compliance: Handle GST and TDS filing, and ensure compliance with the Company Act and other regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain and update financial records, including bookkeeping, import-export transactions, and other accounting documents.
- Coordination: Liaise with banks and government departments for financial and regulatory matters.
- Licensing: Manage the renewal process for various licenses and permits.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting software.
- In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, import-export accounting, and bookkeeping.
- Experience in auditing, financial reporting, and investment advisory.
- Familiarity with the Company Act and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
