Job Description

:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing accurate financial information to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, etc.) in accordance with accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor and report on cash flow, and ensure the company's financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations, policies, and standards.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely submission to tax authorities.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost control and financial improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and operational objectives.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
• Proven experience as an accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
