In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records, as well as facilitating smooth tax operations. Key Responsibilities: Accurate Accounting: Utilize Tally Prime 4.0 to maintain proper books of accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. GST Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9, adhering to regulatory requirements and deadlines. TDS Management: Handle TDS payments and filing of returns in Form 24Q & 26Q, ensuring compliance with TDS regulations and timely submission. MIS Reporting: Generate monthly management information system (MIS) reports to provide insights into financial performance and aid decision-making processes. Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation roles. Software Proficiency: Strong command over Tally Prime 4.0 and other accounting software. Taxation Knowledge: Thorough understanding of GST regulations and procedures, as well as experience with TDS payments and return filing. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and compliance documents. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
