Position Title: Accountant cum Digital Media Marketing and Telesales

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as an Accountant cum Digital Media Marketing and Telesales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial operations, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and performing telesales activities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor budgets and forecast financial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits.
- Handle payroll processing and related reporting.
Digital Media Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and advertisements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvements.
Telesales:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to introduce and sell services.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information about the company's offerings.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a database of customer information and sales activities.
- Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, digital marketing, and telesales.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, zoho, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in digital marketing or related disciplines.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Office-based position with occasional remote work flexibility.
- Standard working hours with some potential for overtime during peak periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
• Yearly bonus
