The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and store management, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and efficient inventory control.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle daily cash transactions and bank reconciliations.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Record and track inventory receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
- Order supplies and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of inventory items.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems.
- Knowledge in Petpooja software or other restaurant Software.
- Knowledge in filing monthly GST reports.
- \xe2\x81\xa0experience to prepare MIS reports in excel using formulas.
- Expertise in cloud tally ERP9.
- Knowledge in cost centre and cost category.
- B.com/M.com or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant and/or Store Keeper, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
