Job Description

The Accountant cum Office Administrator is responsible for managing both the financial records and the administrative functions of the office. This dual role involves handling accounting tasks such as financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, as well as overseeing office operations, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient office procedures.

Financial Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payments.

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial documents.

Budget Management:

- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.

- Track expenses and compare them to the budget to ensure financial goals are met.

- Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Office Management:

- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked.

- Manage office equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs.

Record Management:

- Maintain and organize office records and files.

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all administrative documents.
