Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Cum Accountants Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting human resources functions, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The HR Officer will engage in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution.
Assist in the resolution of workplace conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process, including goal-setting and performance reviews.
Work closely with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR-related documents, including employment contracts, letters, and reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Facilitate employee training sessions on various HR-related topics.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs and respond to benefits-related inquiries.
Collaborate with external providers to ensure timely and accurate benefits delivery.
Policy Implementation:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Communicate policies to employees and ensure adherence to organizational guidelines.
Accounting:
Maintain accurate financial records and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Process payroll, manage employee reimbursements, and ensure timely payment of taxes, including GST, TDS, and other statutory payments.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Coordinate with external auditors for audits and provide required documentation.
Manage inventory records and expense tracking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
