We are looking for an Account cum office administrator to join us

Responsibilities

•Accountant •

• Manage general ledger, bookkeeping, and bank payments, ensuring to keep all vendor/ client payments updated.
• Record financial transactions and maintain office schedules.
• Assist the CA with GST compliance, including filing GST returns and reconciling GST credits.
• Handle tax computations, TDS compliance, and timely return filings.

•Admin •

Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office activities

Handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organising office records

Manage and maintain office records, as well as help ensure co-ordination between office and production team

Vendor communication to ensure timely and efficient payment and workflow

Qualification

• 1 - 2 year min experience in accounts role
• Tally and Excel skills
• Understanding of GST compliance
